About Platinum OG
Platinum OG is believed to be a Master Kush × OG Kush hybrid (with some accounts adding a third unknown strain), named for the dense, silvery trichome coating that covers its flowers at harvest. It sits firmly in the OG tradition but leans more indica-heavy than most OG descendants.
The aroma is classically OG with additional depth: pine, diesel, and earth from the OG Kush side, with the deep hashish and spice of the Master Kush creating a richer, more complex base. There is a faint metallic quality that gives the strain its "platinum" character.
